Family Threads Quilt Shop banner

Happy New Year!

We wish you good health and happiness in 2025!

Have you gotten through Christmas and ready to get reacquainted with your sewing machine? Do I see new quilts in your future? I know ideas are running through my head and I’m ready to get some sewing time in.

So why don't we start the new year off with a sale! Details listed below. We could use some room for the new fabrics arriving.

Classes are going on the schedule, check them out!

The featured speaker is Thom Atkins. He's known for his Bead Embellished Quilts where he continues to find balance between fiber and bead work.

DATES: Saturday, February 22 and Sunday February 23
TIME: Saturday, 10-5, Sunday 10-4
WHERE: Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds, Watsonville, CA
FEATURED SPEAKER: Tom Atkins

For more information visit the Pajaro Valley Quilt Association website.

THANK YOU!

Is it really for me?

We wanted to say thank you in the biggest way to our UPS delivery guy. He ordered Gruff his own bandana and UPS toy bone.

Gruff knows when the UPS delivery truck is here before we can even see it. He gets so excited!

There have been great strides made over a handshake and then getting a yummy dog treat.

Thank you so much for thinking of him at the holidays.

WORD OF THE MONTH

AGOG

The quilters were here, poised in their seats, giddy some might say. All were agog to see the reveal of the mystery quilt. [insert drumroll] Oh, it was just wonderful.

DEFINITION
very eager or curious to see or hear something

Each week our good friends at Machine Medics come to pick up/drop off your sewing machines.

Each week Luis (with Karen's help sometimes) brings us a word and we have to figure out the definition. It's now become a source of entertainment we thought we'd share.

Thank you for supporting Family Threads Quilt Shop.
We're in our 15th year of business!
We appreciate you so very much and look forward to seeing you soon.
