SALES ARE FINAL on all books, patterns, cut fabric, sale and consignment items.
For any other regular priced merchandise, returns must be made within 14 days from purchase. Packaging must be unopened and damage free (remember...we have to be able to resell it).
WITH RECEIPT - Refund will be given in original payment type.
WITHOUT RECEIPT - Store credit will be given.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Items are shipped First Class or Priority Mail - depending on weight. We usually ship within 2-3 days depending on when you placed your order.
$0 - $25 = $4
$25.01 - $50 = $6
$50.01 - $75 = $8
$75.01 - 99.99 = $10
$100 + = Free
We ship to any of the contiguous states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii you can call or email us. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If we shipped something incorrectly we will gladly make it right by shipping you the correct item.
If you ordered something incorrectly, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
