Return Policy


  • SALES ARE FINAL on all books, patterns, cut fabric, sale, and consignment items.
  • Returns:
    For any other regular-priced merchandise, returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Packaging must be unopened and in resellable condition (we need to be able to sell it again!).
    • WITH RECEIPT: A refund will be issued in the original payment method.

    • WITHOUT RECEIPT: Store credit will be provided.

  • Exchanges:
    We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 


Shipping


Items are shipped via First Class, Priority Mail, or Media Mail (for books), depending on weight. We typically ship within 2-3 days, depending on when your order is placed.

$0 - $25 = $5
$25.01 - $50 = $7
$50.01 - $75 = $9
$75.01 - 99.99 = $12
$100 + = Free

We ship to all contiguous U.S. states. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us via phone or email for shipping options. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will gladly ship the correct item to you at no extra charge.

If you ordered something incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
